Bought out someones Dec 2020 order
I am out $6,000+ until proven otherwise ( I also bought a spot). To not communicate or respond to ANY of your established contacts for over a year is pretty pathetic. Whatever his problem in life is, we have all seen it. Whatever it is., he's not the first. It says a lot that he would out-rite steal from the very community he helped build.

Can I include you as someone who has an unfilled order? Those of us who have orders would like some form of communication as well.
Here the facts:
- I purchased mine Aug 2020
- Outside of the automated "thank you for your order" email, I have heard once from Joey about the $6500 I have put down
- There are at least 6 or 7 people here who have posted they haven't received their order. 2 more that shipped without a wastegate. My guess is there are more.
- Joey checks and posts to instagram like a teenager, he hasn't posted in 6 weeks.
- The support for Joey on mud has plummeted. Read back through all the people who a couple years ago posted that Joey was good for it and would make good. You'll have to go back quite a bit.

Yeah sure you can include me, I bought someone else’s order and he did change the name on the order, otherwise I have not heard anything.
Not a Ponzi Joey has proved himself feckless. Im shocked with all the guys that have been taken by Joey no one has made the visit to see him in person.
I noticed that Joey's wife is active and responding on their instagram page on behalf of the business as mrs.wits.end. I reached out on June 14th:
Jessica- You appear to be involved in wit's end. I love y'alls products and have been an enthusiastic customer for seven years. Not including the turbo I've spent almost $8000 with you all over the years. I sent $6000 for a turbo kit two years ago. I haven't had a single update in two years, and no responses to my inquiries from Joey. Apparently this is the case with at least six others. I'm a business owner myself and intimately understand some of the personal and professional challenges you guys appear to have been dealing with and have a lot of patience and empathy for it. I would appreciate a brief update on the status of the order... A pretty reasonable request. Happy to be patient on the order but the crickets on such large purchases from long-standing customers is dumbfounding.
She quickly responded:
Of course, I totally understand. Turbo orders are going out, but it’s been a slow process (much slower than we ever anticipated). I’ll check on your place and touch back tomorrow
Tomorrow came and went, I followed up twice and did not hear anything back. FYI
This whole thing is such a shame. I've been such a raving fan about his gear along with so many others.

Why not take him to small claims? They will surely side in your favor
For me, small claims isn't worth it. I have to go to him. And after all that, there is no money left. All I'd have is a judgement stating he owed me money. That's not in dispute.

I posted a negative review on this clown on the buyer beware section and he proceeded to change the description to out of stock on an item I bought when he saw my post calling him out for ghosting me for almost two months and his site never said out of stock. He then tried to go at me and say I couldn't read that it was out of stock. Little did he know I was able to get a cache page of the item never showing out of stock just a few days earlier. That one experience told me exactly what kind of person he is and the type of business this guy runs. Shady AF!

I was one of his problem suppliers. People would pay him for Landtank Products and I wouldn’t deliver.
In my defense my wife was going through a cancer incident and during that time I was shipping product and taking payment with out balancing the books. Once my wife was in the clear and I went back to balance the spread sheet he had shorted me $15,000.00.
I called him out about this and he did send me the majority of the money but still owes me $4700.00.
I personally know another vendor he was using and the same deal.
This was when he was still in LA.
Personally I think he’s a great front man just absolutely clueless with finances.
