to be fair, I could not even find the bad vendor thread. I was planning on ordering more stuff from Witts End because I had not seen any of these troubling threads. I'm glad I did do a little more digging to see that s*** has hit the fan otherwise I could be out more money.
Never going to happen. We all know they are best buds with Joey! Heck post anything bad on any of the FB 80 series or 100 series pages about their best buddy Joey and the post will get deleted.

I took a screen shot of it yesterday because I wanted to reference the post and see if it was going to get deleted, sure enough did. I noticed one prior get the same treatment. He still seems to have a lot of fans there.
I've brought stuff from him in the past. Never saw him as a "god" or "best company in existance". Just a website that had parts I needed. I wanted the derale power steering cooler kit he had. Sent a few messages which were never answered. Said fck it and brought one myself from Summit and ran lines.
Final straw is the front end bolt kit from Overland Metric that he had for pre order on his site. Paid for it back in June/July, and nothing. Said pre order, then was later changed to sold out. Why the fck would you sell something that's not availible. What a scumbag pos. I don't care about the money. It wasn't alot anyway. He can keep that sh!t. Because karma will get him anyway in the end.

I'm pretty much done with the 80 community as a whole.
The financial sodomy Joey has gotten away with is obscene, especially since there's people just lined up to defend him.
I'm a very short step from selling my 80 and just focusing on my vintage bikes and the adventure van...

I tried facebook to be part of some of those cruiser groups for a few months. It is like a whole different category of people there overall and it was just hard for me to continue facebook so I jumped off that ship almost as fast I jumped on it. Never looked back. I just prefer the forum format such as ih8mud. The misinformation isn't as bad on ih8mud as it is on facebook.

A lot more Karen's, crap talkers and guys WAY too concerned with what you're doing with your own rig, not to mention the army of Joey blowers avidly defending the little s***.
