Laser scanning for the win. With the scanner there is some fitment tweaking that can be done that doesn't require a dozen prototype builds. A few changes were made but this is looking like the final design. If there is any type of functionality you folks would like to see, such as attachment points, let me know now. There will be a custom made ballistic nylon liner available as well.
I am in for this one. I have been looking for a good storage solution near the driver seat that locks for a pistol. This is a great way to be in complience with my state law that states "firearm can't be locked in glove box but needs to be in a locked compartment not accesssable to passenger's". A bonus is a firextingisher! Could this be mounted on the passenger side as well or only drivers side? Would be neat to have 2 storage boxes in the front.

Looks really good, honestly.
The fuel vapor issue can be easily repaired, it is just expensive to do so. I had the same issue and I fixed it by replacing the valves on the charcoal canister. Not as fun as buying toys for our rigs, but you can't pay too much for safety.

SierraWheeler: your the first one I noticed that has addressed the vapor problem @ the source. I can't remember off the top of my head, but your '01 has the canister where? You probably have one, but can you steer me to write up with P/n's etc?

Are these being produced just for the driver's side or will there be one for the passenger side as well?
