Sorry folks. I think I may have pressed the "unwatch" link instead of "receive messages" link so I haven't been getting the latest ones.
Right now the locking lids are NOT done. Although the new metal shop is doing great by pumping out projects for me, they are terrible at doing the projects in the order I need them. The LockingLids were supposed to be one of the FIRST things they did. Its turning into the last project they are doing since I started with them.
The lids, brackets and locking baskets are all cut but none of it is shaped nor spot welded yet. After a discussion with them last week they are going to put extra attention to them so that this can be done and sent out. As soon as I have more info I will let you know. BTW, this affects the 80 Series Locking Lids as well.

Just sent this out to those who have already ordered but wanted to make sure everyone knows what is going on...

I am writing you all now because each of you are waiting on either the 80 Series Scout LockBox, the 80 Series LockingLid, or the 100 Series LockingLids.
Each of these products are in various forms of production and each have had various forms of issues with the current metal shop I am using. The metal shop has been great with the products they have completed for me but hasn't been great on the order of productions and on the remaining productions I still have remaining. I am still working out the issues with them but it hasn't been progressing smoothly.
All are still moving forward and will be completed but I want to let you all know that any predictions of delivery date(s) have been blown right past. I do not have a solid delivery date until I can work out the remaining issues the shop is dealing with.
At this point I understand you have all been waiting for months to get your orders. Trust me, I'm well aware. I wanted to let you all know its still moving forward but I also wanted to let you know that if the timing/delays aren't working for you I can absolutely refund your order.
Either way I'm still moving forward but please let me know your preference.

If there's no ETA I think I'm just going to sell this mount - I bought it because I wanted the lid and liner, but it's been nine months and we're not even getting updates anymore...

I received an email saying refunds would be coming as the final nail in the coffin has been placed on this project.
Has anybody received their money back? I have emailed a couple times with no reply from Joey.

Yes I emailed with copy of my invoice. And received my refund about a week later.
Joey is going through all the orders. I had placed 2 different orders. 1 for the 2 mounts and 1 lid. Then he offered a discounted rate on the lids and I jumped on the 2nd lid. I got a partial refund from @NLXTACY. I emailed him and this was the response I got. Be patient. That's a lot of money to fork back out to a lot of customers. Joey is a stand up guy and in the middle of moving his family and business to Oregon and into a shop from out of his garage.

Ugh, first my apologize to everyone for my lack of replies to this thread. Turns out I wasn't even subscribed to my own freaking thread 
Yes, I did move my family and the entire shop from Los Angeles to Southern Oregon but that just slowed things down, that wasn't the death knell. The final nail in the coffin was the freaking COVID virus. I now have three shops/vendors, that I use to manufacture my parts, that have now closed their doors permanently due to the outbreak. I had to give up. So all of you that ordered should have received an email from me already. And yes, there are a LOT of you in both the 100 and the 80's side of things that are affected.
Everyone WILL be refunded but given the amount of funds I am looking at its going to take a little bit to get to everyone. Oldest pending orders are of course being taken first as some have already reported seeing their refunds.

All orders have been refunded as far as I can tell. All of you that pre-ordered should have gotten the notification. If you have seen nothing, please PM me your order number so I can look into it.
