Who sells white bullet hole wheels??(not spoke)

I know I saw a pic of a rig not to long ago that had some white wheels that were bullet holes instead of the spokes. Does anybody know where I can buy these wheels?

Bullet holes have just round holes and spokes are kind of shaped like a triangle. The first link is what I'm looking for but without the blue/red stripes.
