You can add offset with spacers but you cannot take it away. You’ll need different wheels to move the tires inboard.

So the stock wheels had an offset that made it more inset? I always thought positive offsets mean the wheels stick out more, but this thread has taught me that it's the opposite. Here are the wheels I got. 704 | Matte Black - https://www.methodracewheels.com/products/mr704-matte-black?variant=31479072358461

I don't really mind the offset honestly, I just wish it had more of a lift, but it sounds like a senor lift should get me pretty close, I loved how it looks with it on high mode.

The scale for the lx starts at +60mm offset.
As the wheel center moves away from the truck centerline this value gets smaller. Once it gets to zero it goes negative. At 0 it is now 60mm further from the center of the truck, 60mm ‘poke’ier

You can take the stock 60mm rim, put on 1” spacers, and get 35mm offset 60-25=35.

If you have a 0 offset rim, then a spacer will move into the negative by the width of the spacer.

So offset can be decreased with spacers, or with a new rim. All rims have an offset value.

Stock 60mm (some were 56)
Rock warriors 50mm
Evo corse 45 or 35
Alpha equipt 35mm
Icon 25mm

Tundra aftermarket is often +18 or 0

Do the sensor lift and it will look proportional. That is a much easier and cheaper solution, especially if you like the look of the offset. I have a 0mm offset on my LC and I like it. Should you find you want less offset you can shop for new wheels with a +35 to +18 offset to help bring them more inboard.

2" lift with 285/75/17 (slightly taller than your 285/70/17's) on 0mm offset wheels.

Max out the front sensors and maybe give the rears just a tiny bit extra and I think you’ll be perfect. Don’t forget that you’ll need an alignment after changing the height on the front.

A more aggressive than stock offset/spacers really take these things from soccer practice shuttle to actually looking rugged.

Not to mention the really bad scrub radius and negative impact on stability under hard braking..

Sounds like larger offset wheels may be a good idea. Can anyone recommend some wheels with the same look that is available with a 30ish offset?

Nice find! Unfortunately, I need 17R unless I get new tires as well. I got these both from Discount Tire so I would prefer to keep dealing with them.
That link goes to 17s . . . at least for me. You may have to set your search to 2021 Tundra. I verified it was the 5x150 hub drilling . . .

These are what I have, they come in a +35 and +15, so make sure you chose the +35
