Rebuilding my wheel cylinders. Long story short I had to grab one from my 71 parts 40 to use on my 70 build. On the exterior they are the same size and look the same. The bore and pistons are different sizes. Will it matter? Will it screw up the stopping power and make it uneven?

Yes it matters. If it didn't, they wouldn't have made so many different sizes. Different bore will take a different amount of fluid to move it. Different amount equals different rate of motion. If one side engages before the other, the truck will pull to one side. With a booster, it will pull violently.

Is this clear now?

Do I sound grumpy? I know what @Poser feels like sometimes.

yeah as above mate, just replace them with new ones if they are still available

Yeah makes sense just thought I would ask before buying new since I have so many parts lying around
