What's it worth??

My grandfather is hoping to get enough information to sell this at a reasonable price. 1977 Fj Land Cruiser. 66k original miles. Slight rust around the frame, new tires with only 10k miles on them, 1000lb winch, runs well. Located in Helena, MT. Any help is appreciated.

I see the rear sill is rotted out. Is this the only area? How are the floor pans? You say rust on the frame. That can be taken many different ways. Is it surface rust? Is it scale rust, but no rot? Is it rotted, but only in one small section? These are the answers inquiring minds want to know.

I can get more pictures and repost. It is my grandfather's vehicle so I'll have to get over to his house and get a better idea of how bad the rust is. Thanks for the info

You'd get buyers at $15k for sure and maybe, possibly, probably $20k+, I think it's a hard maybe to me, but I haven't seen what many are selling for lately so that's entirely possible.
