I'm "reluctantly" considering selling my 60 to help finance another opportunity I might not be able to pass on. It's an 83 with 180k on the clock, completely rust-free and in all-original condition aside from the OME lift I just added a few months back. Not sure if I can even bring myself to do it, but if it were yours, what would you ask for it?

$8k to $18k. So many variables it’s hard to say more without lots more details and photos.

It's unbelievably clean throughout ... runs great, no leaks, no major body/paint flaws. Interior is all original and in insanely good condition.

Yeah ... I've had a look there as well. My hope is that mine would pull upwards of $14k, but it's hit and miss.
that thing looks pretty nice - seems to me like you'd get $14K for it if you have records/receipts/ pics of the frame showing no rust.

I think you'd do better than 14 on BaT if it's as clean throughout as the photos seem to indicate.

@CaptClose

If it doesn't have rust and the body and interior look great and engine is nice, though original, someone will pay over 20K for it. If it has been neglected in the maintenance dept, likely less.
Anything over $20K needs to be able to drive halfway across the country without worries.
Be patient and firm (with a little wiggle room) in your final asking price. Don't let impatience get the best of you, giving in to a low ball offer - cuz you'll get them.

The thought of getting even close to $20k makes me want to hold on to it more.

If it’s original paint then that’s a big bonus. If it has been resprayed then you really need to go overboard documenting as much about the body as possible because everyone is wary of repaint work that hides problems.

All original paint... 100% confirmed.

Under the right conditions, with a record of maintenance, a restored interior with attention to details, there’s no reason this truck can’t command $25k

Mine sold for $30k in four days. However, there are some differences between cruisers.

Here’s what I want to see...

A complete list of recent maintenance
Photos of the engine bay
Photos of the undercarriage
Photos of the interior

Pro tip: everyone that is shopping in the 60 market knows your hiding a torn worn out driver seat bolster when you post a cropped photo like you have here. If you’re hiding an obvious flaw like that, I’m immediately turned off because I suspect you’re the type to hide something else.

Show the flaw and take the price hit, or invest a little to make it perfect. You’ll get your money back and more.

Thanks for the advice ... definitely no torn seats (front or rear) in this truck, but I will be taking more detailed photos to show/prove that.

yeah. - why are you considering selling in the first place? what’s your motivation?

I hope you get $20k, that makes mine worth more .
