My only smart key died this week, waiting for two new ones to come into the dealer. But. I have mastered starting my LC with a dead smart key.

Is it just me, or do dealers not keep many LC parts in inventory?

I just went by a battery store this morning bought two new batteries for $3.50 each. Changed both remotes batteries in 5 minutes. Owners manual shows you how. Looks like these things only last about 1.5 years.

The FOB broke or the battery died? If it the batt. He's right. Easy to change and can get them anywhere.

Ran it empty today trying to push my luck. Always wondered how long do I really have before it really runs out of fuel and the "0" miles actually means 0. So basically after the light comes on I have about 5 gal or 65 miles left or when it reads 0, I have 50 miles or 4 gal left. I haven't adjusted for my larger size tires.

I maxed out at 24 gallons at fillup from empty.

Also my Liberty Mutual roadside assistance plan wanted my name, phone number (x2), vehicle color, fuel type, billing address, VIN (x3), city I broke down in (much harder if you're on highway), billing zip (billing address wasn't enough), then put me on a 10-15 min hold.

All this HAD to be done to find me in the system, my plate number isn't a unique identifier, neither is my name and address combo, and neither is my VIN (to ask for VIN when broken down is absurd), nor is my phone number. And when they ask for your GPS location to be shared from your cell so they can pin point your location, it means nothing.

They still might require me to send them a stool sample in the mail.

I had to change the battery in the remote on my 3 week old 2014 LC. I'm not sure if I got a bad battery or if my other keys were holding down a button while in my pocket. Regardless, the change was easy and I now have extra batteries in with my owner's manual just in case.

My 200 has the factory 90L + 45L fuel tank. I think they do extended fuel tanks that fit above the spare tire opposed to taking its place for those of you who want more range.

I ran out of gas on a 1/4 tank. luckily did not need tow. Bad fuel level sender. $700 fix at dealership. I only paid $100 Thanks extended warranty.

Icon guys are great. Loving my setup. Billets are super beefy and definitely stand out. Anyone want a set of lightly used spc ucas?

I just got some Radflo reservoirs but have not mounted them yet. Does Icon make a LC200 specific mount or is that a generic mount just bolted to the frame? More pics of the install if you have them please!

We dont have that +45L option, an additional 11.9 gal cap would help my excursions. Any idea if this is a stock item or aftermarket?

It's stock but won't fit a North American 200 series due to where the charcoal canister is located. Try contacting Long Ranger. They could possibly make a special version for NA 200's.... just as they did for the FJCruiser.
