Xpel is what I used a few years ago.
I used 3M.
Do you guys replace this film every few years? Or does it last longer than that?

Removing the wife’s ppf after 4 or so years was a damn bear. Just came off in thousands of pieces. Too me and the wife probably 5 hours to just remove the half of the hood that was done. 2 cans of 3m adhesive remover and a lot of swearing.I put 3M file over every inch of the truck Except the rear tail/lift gate and the roof behind the sunroof where the roof rack is.
I also did the headlights and fronts of the rear view mirrors.
It's been on 3+ years and shows no sign of peeling.
the headlights are as clear as when I took delivery.
That is one of the major realistic differences between the quality stuff and cheapo.Removing the wife’s ppf after 4 or so years was a damn bear. Just came off in thousands of pieces. I just ordered the 3m from Amazon. Hopefully it's real and works well. I'd be fine with needing to replace it every 3-4 years as long as it's easy to remove.
That should not be needed if the carriers and latch is adjusted properly. SeeAdded a spacer plug to my Slee rear bumper to stop the tire carrier from rattling while driving. The model is Carrier Lock Plug.

I used Ebay. Techstream was straight forward. Just had the keys separated by about 20 ft when programming. Go over the instructions before doing one and it can go smoothly. I also used 1010keys to send pictures of my physical key and they were able to cut the keys to fit (another $30).What key did you get? Any notes on programming?
Only another 700,000 miles. Keep driving.View attachment 3897261
It’ll be a while before I see something like this again.
Mylar balloons should be outlawed.Have had a nagging melting/burning smell coming from the truck for days. Worried about the likely expensive cause and fix. Finally located it - mylar balloon baking on the cat. Whew…
