Good work.

If others attempt this, the gasket behind it has an integrated mesh strainer to avoid bolts or other unwelcome objects getting into the intake and nuking the whole engine. The mesh portion can be cleaned but the gasket is silicon, can compress, and is technically considered a non-reusable part.

22271-38010 and it's pretty cheap.. under $10
Thanks and yep, saw that mesh and the gasket is on my list to order. Thanks for the PN. Easy enough to get back in there and replace. (The GX 460 doesn’t have that mesh, interestingly.)

Edit:
A Tip - Move the butterfly slowly with your fingers. Don’t let it snap shut (it’s spring loaded). You can damage the controller’s motor.

40 bags of mulch. May need some hd springs if I do this more often lol. This was much easier with my old Tundra

Second "mod"first was Beat-Sonic and now a Fumoto valve (FN133N). Wish I knew about this year's ago so I could have done thus earlier for my LX470. Really like it so I'm gonna order another one for the LX470.

Make sure to use an OEM crush washer/gasket. I used the one that came with the Fumoto valve and it leaked right away.

Yikes. I haven’t had a problem with their gasket to this point, but good to know OEM crush washer works if it leaks.

Oh no way? I did use the one that came with it. I'll check tomorrow to see if there's any leaks.
Maybe it was user error, but I tightened it per their instructions, it leaked. Then I went animal tight, it still leaked. Swapped gaskets and haven’t had an issue. And to be clear it wasn’t the valve, it these the threaded part that sits against the oil pan that leaked. Valve worked like a charm!

The toyota oil drain gasket is the best in the industry, IMO. Polymer-coated aluminum.

Just ordered a full Eezi Awn K9 rack from Equipt. Pics to come shortly.

They are so great to work with!!

I am surprised to hear it doesn't drone, I guess that's subjective. Everything I read about exhaust options for the 200 meant drone city, especially while towing.

i'm surprised too since the muffler lives right under the driver side passenger foot well.

shameless plug: i have a dirty deeds 14" exhaust for sale in the classifieds 😆

The drone was that bad?

Ahh, I mean for it isn’t bad lol. I’ll report back I just put it on yesterday evening and driven maybe 3 miles.

for me it was. but what lead me to purchase it was the reviews from people on here saying it was great. I installed the DD muffler and the next morning left for a 1000 mile road trip. My wife looked at me mid trip and knew I was going to rip it out. I'm selling it for half the price of new and you're semi local if you want to give it a shot

Quick Update - Finally installed EE Offroad low profile bumper. Also installed slee sliders this winter. Thanks to @turbo8 for working out a simple low-profile solution for the 200 and @lx200inAR for inspiring me to install this on an LX...even though I still haven't worked out the bracket completely. Using the Slee AHC bracket.
