Did an oil change, checked and topped of radiator fluid, put on new tires and headed north across the border. Hit the Kootenai, Banff, Jasper and Yoho National Parks over the course of a week. Absolutely breath taking. I lived in Colorado for many years growing up but this was another level of beauty.

really wanted to do this trip. went up to glacier but during covid border had been closed
It's absolutely gorgeous there. Fortunate enough to have been in winter for skiing and trekking then summer for more camping and exploring. One of my favorites. Great pics.
Thanks @trudd yes the valley plate and radiator were done by the previous owner. Curious what the interval should be after the first repair? I’ve put about 90k on the truck so might be getting close to needing another refresh?

Went to an RC race 2 hours away. Had a great time, made new friends and won first place too. Afterwards we checked into a villa nearby for some R&R with the family.

Another 5w30 synthetic oil change, 5 tire rotation and chassis/ driveline lube.
This one had 7,000 miles on it. Last oil change was august 28th.
Tires have 18, 000 miles and have worn 2/32 off the 18/32 they came with.
