After botching a customization I made one out of a sheet of ABS for my Gamiviti rack. I think a 54" wide sheet was like $30-40. I used some cardboard as a template and then cut it with a saw and used a dremel to smooth the edges.

I just added a light bar under my rack and that fixed the wind noise for me. I will be changing the brackets for the light bar and moving it forward so I can aim it properly but believe it will still keep the noise low. A slimmer light bar would also have worked in this location.
Literally no comparison between the two.
Lots going on. Got my harrops installed on my 4.30 gearset at gearinstalls. Zuk is a wizard and worked his sorcery. Amazing dude to work with.
Finished wrapping our entire truck in 3M scotchgard pro. I'm extremely blessed to have a skilled wife that's super involved with the truck.
The results came out great- amazing gloss from the film.

Added Baja Design non-SAE Squadron cornering lights. The gap between light housing and body trim was excessive imo, So I added some edge trim (Amazon) around the perimeter.
Prinsu installed, 40” RIs bar with security hardware, arb small touring awning with L brackets from Lowe’s, still working on mounting up the traction boards, not that happy with this. Sears cargo box just test fitting for Colorado trip next week.
@Txoverland This was my solution on the Prinsu rack we had on the TRD Pro 4Runner a few years back. Mind you those were MaxTrax so it might not be a fluid copy with your traction boards. Hope this helps.

I just used some kayak lashing straps on my traction boards. They've held up fine for a couple years. The boards don't weigh much (unlike, say, a high lift).
I have a similar mounting solution for my rotopax that you did for your traction boards. Instead of an L bracket I used a round exterior electrical outlet cover though. What you have should work fine, and nobody will see it except you. My only comment is that I'd recommend the plastic handles like you have which have the nylon lock nuts in them instead of regular nuts. Grainger sells them as "vibration resistant handles". Otherwise you run the risk of them working loose over time

I had the original ATPs on a prior vehicle and they were fantastic. Didn’t look super aggressive but great manners.
Are those 285/70/18 tires? Any running with the suspension trade? I just did the Ironman stage 2 ... wanting bigger tires now...
Correct, 285/70/18s. No rubbing after trimming the front mudflaps. I haven’t tested them off road yet though. Also, I’ve got SPC UCAs and good alignment. Here are pics of the trimmed flaps, drivers side, if it helps.

Thanks for posting that, need to take care of mine now that the lift is done. Question, did you also take off the inner skirts, behind the shock tower that cove the motor? The shop that did my install took them off and I want to replace them. But I need to find the correct fasteners to re-install.
Good question. Here’s a shot of it now. Not sure if anything was permanently removed by the shop.

Thank You for that picture. Your skirts (?) are still there, and it looks like they are held in place by white inserts.
Here's a pic of mine, I've got the skirts, just need the white fasteners/inserts to re-install. Finding the part number has been challenging
That's the big question... What are these darn things called?
