Got my Ironman bumper and badlands winch installed. Front hub to fender measurement didn't change. Still need to figure out why the marker lights on the bumper don't work. Have 12v going to the back of the connector..

Figured I'll give it a try before spending money on something else. I like how they also gave extra line sleeve to useTurned out great! The first thing I did was swap out that cast steel hook for a factor 55 prolink. The badland hook rusted pretty quickly this winter.
Would love to have a shop like that to work in. Looks great.Got my Ironman bumper and badlands winch installed. Front hub to fender measurement didn't change. Still need to figure out why the marker lights on the bumper don't work. Have 12v going to the back of the connector..

What tire size are you running? Looks way taller than the 285/70/18 I haveFigured I'll give it a try before spending money on something else. I like how they also gave extra line sleeve to use
I did make a mistake and cut driver side if my bumper too much. Pulled the bumper high and tight and cut again, only to realize having both sides high and tight wasn't level left to right haha! Oh well

No, I'm going with the Victron Energy 100 Ah LFP-Smart 12.8/100 sold by PKYS. Operating temps -20C to +50C; charge temps +5 to +50C. BMS system limits charging temps. Are you getting a self heating LFP4?
I will try and post some more pictures and a short write-up on the install in a few days. I did not get as many pictures of the winch cradle as I would have liked before I put the bumper on. I still need to drill and pin the bumper and trim the fender liners. Looks like I might need to do some trimming on the driver side wing guard for it to fit around the KDSS.Looks great! Hope you post some more pictures.
Would love to see some pics of winch cradle. I'm going to pull off my T13 today and install the winch (Zeon Platinum 12-s). Is your 200 a MY2019? Your T13 looks slightly different from mine.I will try and post some more pictures and a short write-up on the install in a few days. Yes it is a MY19. My T13 is the newest full replacement version. If you have a MY13 then I think your winch cradle is a little different from mine. Sorry does not look like I took any pictures with the bumper off. Here is a picture from the install instructions.Would love to see some pics of winch cradle. I'm very excited about the upcoming SDHQ hidden with mount. Seems to offer some of the missing features of the Trail-Tailor unit.
