I have been working on installing a TJM T13 bumper. Getting close to getting it all buttoned up.

Got my Ironman bumper and badlands winch installed. Front hub to fender measurement didn't change. Still need to figure out why the marker lights on the bumper don't work. Have 12v going to the back of the connector..

Turned out great! The first thing I did was swap out that cast steel hook for a factor 55 prolink. The badland hook rusted pretty quickly this winter.

Figured I'll give it a try before spending money on something else. I like how they also gave extra line sleeve to use
I did make a mistake and cut driver side if my bumper too much. Pulled the bumper high and tight and cut again, only to realize having both sides high and tight wasn't level left to right haha! Oh well

Installed the Prinsu

Fear of the install (losing the nut plate in the headliner) delayed this purchase in the past... Pulled the trigger recently and decided tackle install last night/this morning. Took my time and used hand tools. No issues. No extra spacers, mods or shaving down middle spacers required for me. Used Permatex #2 NHG for waterproofing.

What tire size are you running? Looks way taller than the 285/70/18 I have

Started planning and parts purchasing for engine bay auxiliary LiFePO4 battery setup for a number of electrical loads. I've started with building fuse boxes, which would normally be simple as everyone goes the Redarc route; power, I just not happy going the with MEGA Fuses or even MIDI fuses. The MEGA with only a 2,000A short circuit interrupt will not cut off a short circuit with a Lithium battery as the power source. Lithium batteries are capable of pumping out loads of juice very quickly and a 2,000 Interrupting Capacity would not cut the flow, so after some experimentation I went with Blue Sea #5196 Fuse Blocks , these use MRBF (Marine Rated Battery Fuse) w/ 10,000A Interrupting Capacity and are not too large at a nominal 2" x 7.5" x 2.4" height each w/ cover on. The dual setup is exactly 4" wide.

As I needed 6 takeoffs from the Auxiliary I tried out a 50 mm terminal-to-terminal link bus bar (BEP #779-LBJ2-B) to join two fuse blocks in parallel; while concerned that I would not be able to remove the covers with the blocks butted together, it turned out to be no problem. Costs are very reasonable at $178 inclusive of 6 fuses for the Aux Blocks and $70 for the Main fitting only 2 fuses. I found the individual fuses for under $15, 30 to 300A.

Last photo shows intended placement on Main Batt. Bracket integral to the tie-down will need to be made for both batteries. I have not ordered the auxiliary LFP battery yet.

Are you getting a self heating LFP4?
No, I'm going with the Victron Energy 100 Ah LFP-Smart 12.8/100 sold by PKYS. Operating temps -20C to +50C; charge temps +5 to +50C. BMS system limits charging temps.

I've had LLFP batteries in my sports cars for years , while I try to avoid driving in temps below 40 F (5C) due to the tire rubber losing ductility I have in emergencies and know that my garage space sometimes dips below to about 35 .. these cars are having their batteries are either being charged by the alternator or by my wall charger. .. Bottom line, I'm not too concerned on the LC

Looks great! Hope you post some more pictures.
I will try and post some more pictures and a short write-up on the install in a few days. I did not get as many pictures of the winch cradle as I would have liked before I put the bumper on. I still need to drill and pin the bumper and trim the fender liners. Looks like I might need to do some trimming on the driver side wing guard for it to fit around the KDSS.

Would love to see some pics of winch cradle. I'm going to pull off my T13 today and install the winch (Zeon Platinum 12-s). Is your 200 a MY2019? Your T13 looks slightly different from mine.

Yes it is a MY19. My T13 is the newest full replacement version. If you have a MY13 then I think your winch cradle is a little different from mine. Sorry does not look like I took any pictures with the bumper off. Here is a picture from the install instructions.

finally time for some DIY mx. changed my engine air filter w/toyota OEM. changed the cabin air filter with carbon activated (found the dreaded fresh air/recirc broken) and changed out the engine oil/filter with OEM. noticed I am missing the small oil drain plug access cover and 2 bolts, anyone got a part number for this?

I'm very excited about the upcoming SDHQ hidden with mount. Seems to offer some of the missing features of the Trail-Tailor unit.

What features are missing from the Trail-Tailor? I have it and its been great, but if there is something I'm missing out on, it would be great to hear what they have dreamed up. I don't see anything on their site to describe features. Maybe I'll try to swing by there this week to get the scoop.
