I was under the impression you should keep pumping until clean grease comes out, it usually comes out real dirty

Bottom side of the rear trailing arm.

On the revers side is the "hard to reach" area. I just smeared some grease on it to give it protection.

I have a couple grease gun fittings and they all failed me for "that area".

I have heard about people overfilling the prop shaft and putting too much pressure in the transmission yolk
Taking the prop shafts out and taking it apart and cleaning it is on my to do items.

Have you tried a 90 grease gun adapter. 3rd or 6th from the bottom.

Otherwise you may need to swap out the zerk to a 90

Word to the wise. If you run external resi's up front - depending on where that fitting is located on top of your shock you may have to notch out a section of those spacers to make it work. I did with my icons. Not a big deal but I might have been the first to cross that. Now you know.
