My buddy and I took the Cruisers up to Enchanted Rock in Fredericksburg Texas today. Unfortunatly they won't let you do any wheeling on the property just though I would share. Good times none the less. :)

I also took the time to finally take the running boards off. More clearance. :) 33's and OME BP-51s being installed next week. Stay tuned.

Good news, bad news, and good news! So I swung by Torfab today to have them throw the spacers on the front end of my rig. An hour or so later the spacers were in and all was well in the world, except for the leaking seal between my tranny and transfer case! Sitting at 55k miles I headed straight to Toyota and said throw it up on the rack, let's have a lookski! They put it up on the rack in less than 5 minutes, 10 minutes later the parts were ordered and Toyota is covering it all under warranty(as they should)! Good catch @torfab, Thanks!!! Long story short, before your warranty runs out crawl under your rig and make sure nothing is leaking, if it is, get it fixed asap!

here's a couple of night shots of the front end with the spacers in... I'll get some day shots of how the whole rig sits tomorrow!

It took me three tries to get it right on my 2007 Tundra. Even after changing it keep an eye on it. Glad to know it was covered under warranty.

Blackoutz. I'm curious if you're going for maximum lift with the BP51sor conservative?

Im not quite sure what the maximum lift is vs. conservative is? Maybe you could shed some light on this . I would like to either run Nitto G2 285/75/18 or the 295/70/18 . I think the 285/75/18 might be too big as it measures 34.84 inches according to Nitto.

Thoughts????

Beautiful place and great hiking there.

Gorgeous pics.

Curious, if you get stuck out there (since your pics usually show your car only), is rescue type service available cheaply?
Haha I usually do solo runs. Rescue service for me is calling @Thebedouin60 and I do the same for him. In the 3rd pic you can see i strategically got stuck with a tree right in front of me. Winched off the tree as much forward as I could, had a drop off on the left so couldn't go too far forward and the rear tires still didn't clear the small ridge and the cruiser was leaning on its left while resting on the chassis, dug the left side wheels and chassis out and popped right out as gravity was on my side.

Proper rescue service here charge a ridiculous amount. There's a service fee plus they charge a certain rate from when the truck leaves till it reaches closest point on road and they charge another rate for the distance they'll cross off-road.

You found the ONLY tree in the middle east :p

About 7 years I got stuck with my buddy in his Hummer in a off road park. Nobody close by. AAA refused to tow due to being so far from paved road. Hiked 11 miles found someone with a Jeep who came with his friends and helped us. Temps were plunging, it was a close call.

Swapped out rear springs from OME 7021 to 7020
Still running the BP51s in the rear and the Tundra 6112s in the front until a "few" parts come in from Beno and then I'll attack the front end.
The 7021s are available.

You would be!!!
This textured powdercoat in gold was impossible to keep clean. I loved it when it was new but the brake dust got embedded in the finish. I should have clear coated them but that would have made them to shiny.
