Hahah, sorry. One of the perks of living in a third world country. I'm gonna drive her up to Texas next year and get all the bigger stuff done like bumpers, racks, better wheels and tires, drawers and fridge, rtt etc...that stuff costs a fortune down here.

First of, I can't thank this forum enough for the sheer wealth of skill and information. This does wonders to the ever growing community.

Having said that, here's an update on my LX.
Basically I dropped it off at the mechanic to do a big service which included:
- Timing belt
- Water pump
- All Pulleys
- Tensioner
- Thermostat
- Fan clutch
- Tees
- Axles
- All kinds of new seals and gaskets
- Front/Rear breaks

What I've done the last 2 weeks:
- Wheels/Tires (295/70R17 KM3s on Black Rhino Bantam bronze wheels)
- AHC fluid
- Trimmed fender & grind(ground 🤔) back part of the well due to minor rubbing on tight turns.
- New navigation digitizer
- New halo headlamps with LED low beams
- Diff fluid, front/back/T case
- Oil change (air and oil filter)

What's next:
- Transmission fluid
- Ball joints (upper/lower)
- Inner/outer tie rods (new rack? Maybe, still figuring that out)
- Rear steel bumper and spare tire mount. Intend to trim this bumper as it sits very low it seems. It's a no brand bumper I got from a local dude.
- Shocks ? Maybe, AHC still works great
- AHC globes? Maybe, I feel a slight stiff bounce every now and then. Wondering if the one ore more of the globes might be bad. Maybe I'm just tripping, lol.

Any other recommendations?

Trying to wrap up all the mechanical work and start doing some work on the inside as well as get a few other things I'll need.

looks great - details on the wheel setup - offset? looks pretty agressive.

Any sensor lift/adjustment on your AHC?

Thx 🤙
-10mm Offset. Did have to add a 1/4"" spacer on the front to clear the hub nuts. A tiny bit of rubbing on tight turns (right on the corners too) but a small trim on the fender and grinding down a small section of the well did the job. Plenty of room now. No other adjustments. Everything seems to be operating beautifully...

Hot hot shower and soap really gets it off pretty easy
I always smell vaguely like a wet sheep for a couple days. But it does do wonders for my hair’s body….

I’ve been using that aerosol can so I inhale a lot of the mist, I can taste the fluid film. Even wearing 2 masks and eye protection I still end up getting it inside my body some how. Maybe I get a gallon of it and use a brush to apply

You using a P95 or P100 mask?

I had the same issues. I found that reaching up from under the vehicle worked best vs. coming in from the top. Even still, I couldn’t get it to seat right. There just wasn’t enough resistance from the hose nub for the 90 deg elbow to go in all the way. I eventually used some white lithium grease to get it to go in all the way.
silcone spray, put mine in today from underneath, took about 5 minutes, and a few choice words

You can try using a ww1 style gas mask. A few years ago vendors were selling them with bongs attached in the FL Keys, if you're into dual use functional equipment.
