Converting from poverty Cruiser to in-cabin air filter equipped. Moving up in the world and I’m totally anticipating being invited to more swanky parties and social gatherings as a direct result. Fingers crossed.

My nearly 35" Ridge Grapplers on Tundra 18s with 1.25" BORA spacers were rubbing at the front, something fierce. Solution was to pull back the front fender liner, use a mini Mjölnir to bend back the pinch weld, prime and paint and then put the liner back in. Then break out a heat gun and heat up the area around the lower pinch weld and push it back to create clearance for the wheels. Now I have barely 1/2 inch clearance for the tires, but at least there is no rubbing!

Be selective in accepting the new invitations. Some of them are the type that require dropping your keys in a bowl when you enter the venue ;)

what color did you use? i'd love to do the same thing to mine
I believe it's called "dark brown" within their selection of diamond pattern sheets for boats. They sell it in close to a 4x8 sheet. Keep on their website for the factory seconds which they sell for a discount. The other reputable brand is sea-dek and then there are a bunch of knock offs on amazon.

Goofy? Was installed per vendor's instructions with slightly taller spacers in front. Show us your Mickey Mouse Rack!
Yep. I'm running the taller spacer up front plus an extra 1/4in spacer. My rack now sits level like I think it should. I looked at lowering the back two mounts originally, but the rack pretty much sat on the roof when I did that.

I'm getting 315's this week and thought there was some fancy tool to bend back the pinch weld, so i googled this fancy tool you used and laughed a bit. Turns out i already have one. well played.
I cut a couple of horizontal slits about 3/8 of an inch into the pinch weld with a pneumatic cutoff wheel and it made them easy to bend with a mini Mjölnir.

Oh, Oh, Oh...I have an update. Installed these White Knuckle sliders. I just painted with primer and Rustoleum since that is what the consensus was. Maybe one day they can get Raptor-lined.

I figured eff it ordered the upper and lower ball joints from Cruiserteq pretty decent price for 2xUBJ 2xLBJ, hopefully this will cure the steering wheel not quite going back to straight after a left turn. I have a feeling the ball joint isn't getting recentered. Boot was torn not sure for how long best just replacing it rather than rebooting it.

That sounds more like a rack and pinion issue

Threw out some inferior and/or expired first aid items in the OEM first aid kit in exchange for some better stuff. Also added a North American Rescue C.A.T. and trauma sheers in an Eagle Industries tourniquet pouch, MultiCam. Everything at-the-ready in the center console.

Consider taking a Stop the Bleed class if you haven’t already.

As they say, you want to be able make holes, stop holes, and plug holes.

Nice job on the plasti dip. How are you attaching the cans on top. Any pics or details, please.

Thanks! I am using a BajaRack Fuel Can Holder. Overall its pretty good and can hold both scepter and wavian type fuel cans which was a big selling point for me. It is mounted onto my 8020 crossbars on the factory rails. I don't have any good pictures right now and I need to do a writeup, I can ping you when I do that so you can see the details.

Took it to do a little more drone mapping at a logging site. Trust me I know…tires are next on the list
