Critical data points. Thanks! Do you happen to know what the upper limit is?

Tune-up before a 2,200-2,700 mile road trip to the middle of Wisconsin/Minnesota (depending on what we end up doing). Done several trips to FL and back but this will definitely be the longest trip in the truck and at 525,000 miles no less.
Doing:
Valve cover gaskets (Fel Pro kit)
Tube seals (these were either original or the whole cover had been replaced because the tabs had clearly never been bent back for replacement)
Spark Plugs (Denso TT)
Coils/boots and springs (Denso/Beck Arnley)
Both upper ball joints needed replacement (boots ripped and starting to creek), decided to do lower "while I was there" (Moog/555)
bearings grease and repack

pretty clean for 525K miles actually, been using BG EPR in the crankcase each oil change, not sure if that helped clean it up. I had incredible luck with this, every bolt came out, nothing stripped, broken, or stuck. Plugs were just as they should have been, the rear most coil was the only that didnt look good, seem to have some heat marks on it.

Very nice. Have you taken the trip yet? We just returned from 12 days in WI, MN, and ND.

Replaced the steering wheel with something sportier, it's a little thicker and feels great. Good deal for $249

Also did the JDM rear wiper, other one can't seem to stay at a parallel level to the windshield bottom and drove my OCD nuts

Do you have more details on the steering wheel? Maybe I missed it in another thread of post.

Since I did the oil change I figured I would change out the spark plugs as I couldn’t find anywhere in the receipts folder so I figured why just change it out to baseline it.
Plugs didn’t look horrible. Got everything done checked all my vacuum lines and started it up. Within a few seconds I got CEL VSC and the other one. Thought oh crap what did I knock loose. Went to engine and looked at all the things I touched and realized my dumbass forgot to connect the MAF sensor plug. Plugged it back in still has the light so o plugged in my OBDII reader and cleared it out. Drive it around and all is good.

I just bought it off eBay and installed it, 10 minute job and looks pretty cool. Modernized the interior a bit, it’s a bit thicker and has some recess for your palm. Search on eBay for 2006 LX470 steering wheel

Is it a generic steering wheel or from a different model?

im not sure but it’s a perfect fit and everything transfer over, I think it’s made for the 100 series
Just a casual observation, @FxFormat ... I'm thinking the guys interested in that steering wheel would appreciate a little more info :) . May I suggest you log into your My eBay and go to your purchase history and refresh your memory on the details of the item or just simply copy the link to the same item and share it here. Your cool points will skyrocket.

Finished up the lower ball joints and brakes. Also welded up a sleeping platform with room for 4 storage bins underneath. The plywood has a hinge so it can fold over the middle row seats and fit a queen size air mattress.

Don't worry I cleaned the rotors after this pic :)

That's the link to the exact wheel i bought, it got to me in 3 days. 2003-2007 wheels are different than 98-02 so if you have an older model, look up the auction for that.

Well, I got part of this done. I wanted to do all 4 corners - shocks, sway bar refresh and coils. I got the shocks in the rear and sway bar all refreshed. The front and coils will have to wait. OEM shocks, as I have no interest in lift or heavy bumpers. OEM sway bar bushings, but AM drop link - got the refresh kit from Cruiser Outfitters - only about an hour from my house. Actually bought everything from them - easy button.

NO WAY would I try this without the 22mm flex head ratcheting wrench. $27 from The Depot delivered to mi casa. Worth every dollar.

I sprayed everything with PB Thursday night for a Friday night fight, but my family squashed my dreams, got it mostly done Saturday night. All the bolts came out fairly easily.
The top nut on the shock mount on the passenger side, I used a couple of wrenches for leverage and it broke free - backed off. Even with the ratcheting flex head it was not quick. I can't imagine doing this without it. I would have freaked out - remember - always freak in...

Driver's side was a total bugger. I tried the same method and stripped the head of the shock bolt. insert appropriate emoji. So I tried the strap wrench. Bonk!
More PB blaster please! Took a 6 hour nap and got after it the next morning.

Strap wrench did the job in the morning and the sway bar bushings / links were gravy. They weren't totally smashed but I was afraid the OG links wouldn't want to go back together and then I'd be in a world of crap. The shock bushing were pretty hammered. But for 21 years old! Well done Mr T!

Replaced spark plugs, didn't see anything in the service history so decided just to do it, had a coupon from Advance Auto and ended up paying $48 for the 8 OEM plugs.

This is the worst looking plug, #8 cylinder how does it look? Others looked a lot better. They weren't loose, but definitely wasn't tight, didn't take too much effort to get them out. Current mileage is 215K miles, and all the coils look original, not one of them is a shiny new color, all the boots look okay too.

The rest looks like this, doesn't look bad at all.
