Installed 2 new OEM Toyota CV axles plus new drive flanges this weekend. After 200k miles and a few reboots it was time.

I also installed a set of Rhino Rack Vortex bars and a Rhino Rack Sunseeker awning. I’m really digging the new look

You get the idea. Next up, lots of sanding, some fiberglass, fabrication more sanding and paint! It will be ready in about six months!

I picked up a non-chrome grille for this exact purpose! I'd really want to see your final results!

I hadn't thought about the non-chrome, where did you get that? I paid $38 plus another 10 for shipping from Rockauto. I figured I'll be sanding all the fiberglass and bondo to hide the cut parts so I might as well just scuff up the chrome to paint that as well. Im thinking I might color match to the truck since I have two cans already.

Long story short, the previous owner had a VCR and headrests with screens installed at some point. Looks like a 2 year old installed it. I removed all of it cause it wasn’t working anyways. Pics speak for themselves.

I found one on Ebay. It was used, but it's an OE Toyota part.

Got the 100 home, got the parts train rolling:
- new tires (275/70R18 Falken Wildpeak AT3W)
- new ABS module off ebay ($50!) for the C1225 error
- new head unit with GPS and BT
- new brakes
- new antenna mast
- front knuckle bearings/kit for a rebuild
- spray paint to touch up bumpers, sliders, and surface rust underneath
- new center console and cup holder (and the little cup) coming from Toyota
- new battery
