What Differential oil and how much to use on 92 FJ80 (1 Viewer)

Hello,
It's been a while since I haven't changed the differential oil from my FJ80 for a couple of years.
Recently checked the oil and it's due.
Any recommendations when changing it?
What kind of oil and brand should I choose? I always try Napa autoparts.

Any name brand 75W90, synthetic or analog will do.
