What Did You Do with Your 80 This Weekend? (44 Viewers)

Swapped out fan clutch with my spare so I can have it redone with 25k CST oil. Completely purged the oil brake fluid with new. Tore into the engine harness at the EGR. Fixed the 303 and potentially 325. We shall see. Replaced rear brake pads and one rotor with OEM. Replaced both rear wheel seals cuz one was leaking. Filled diff.

Oh and I didn't do any of it. No time. Richard at K&H rocked it so I can go camping again this weekend. My shorts are $650 lighter. Worth every penny

Edit: that price includes replacing with the fan clutch once it gets back after modding it.

Haha. Just painted mine as well. Also painted over the gold emblem.

This is what I used in my wheel post:

DupliColor part number for the Nissan Platinum Metallic is #BNS0595

Not a perfect OEM match, but close enough. I didn't use any primer but I did strip off all the old paint and also applied a lacquer as a top coat.

Took my driveshafts off on Wednesday and took them to the shop to have new u joints put on and rebalanced. Called the shop on Friday to see if they were done. They were not done. So now I won't be able to put them back on until Wednesday because I work Monday and Tuesday. Not being able to drive the LC I feel like am going through the DTs.

short distance towing thank god. zuk buggy only weighs 3k trailer around 1500 (?) .

I towed the zuk to Superlift Offroad park about 6 hrs from me before (with 315s). If I remember correctly I think it took two tanks of gas to get there. only 300 miles one way . ugh

Put my 315's on last week and polished it all up today.

Drove back to Atlanta from the gulf of mexico. 80 -85 mph all the way and I still averaged 15 mpg.
