And I buried a beloved family pet on the farm. Lost our 8 year old white boxer to cancer. Took her out there in the 80 and laid her to rest. She loved to ride in the cruiser.

Sorry to hear about your pup. We've got two Boxers that love to ride in the 80 as well, my condolences.

Tested out the new tires

Found out that a coworker actually worked part time at toyota dealership and he hooked me up with a good discount and got me some OEM parts...

I changed the:

spark plug and plug wires
distributor rotor/cap
thermostat/water pump
accessory belts
changed the oil/filter
cleaned the K&N air filter
flushed the radiator
valve cover gasket

and hopefully tomorrow install the new DT 285's...

WOW! That is a sight to see...

Last weekend took it for it's 1st wheeling trip at a local sand/gravel pit offroad area, had a blast! Didn't get much for pics, just a buddies iphone shots. Got to play with the lockers, climbed some big sand hills, good times.

And this weekend I finally got around to putting my fire extinguisher in the new truck, I really like this location as it's accessible from the driver's seat (have to open the door, but very close at hand). Hope I never need it, but good idea to have it thing.
