How do you mount these?
Frame or chassi?

I’m using 1.5” 3/16 thick square tube for mounting legs that I’ll either weld directly or bolt to the frame using new 3/8 plate.

I’m currently designing a double shear bracket that I can weld to the frame that I could then bolt the sliders to but may just weld on.

To pull out the axle shafts you'll need about 1000mm of space on the left side and 700mm on the right side so you might have to do one at a time or do it outside
But highly recommended that you go ahead and do both sides…. Not that difficult, just messy and requires a lot of paper towels. Also recommend doing the full rebuild including bearings (not just gaskets/wipers). Make it one and done right.

Had my coolant temp rise up when doing some low speed wheeling up a hill last year in CO and also saw the temps rise close to 210 while driving through the inland valley/AZ desert dead of summer. I replaced the fluid with some 10k in some cheap fan clutch almost 6 years ago thinking it would be fine. Well now to see the real results (yes the engine bay a little dusty here and there). Anyone ever heard of Torqflo?? The surface area of the Torqflo clutch fins doesn't even come close to the Aisin.

Sorry English is not my first language.

And don’t judge, bought this car 4months ago and I’m giving it some long needed fixes, but there “step” bars are loose and the kids needs them to get in 😂

Paint the rod ends or they willl rust up quick on ya
No argument that this is a good idea. I thought about it but didn't want to lose a day waiting for the paint to dry, and I convinced myself that since this is my beater rig I could make peace with it. Also, I was being lazy. Now that you've called me out on it, next time I've got some dtm urethane mixed up I'll give them a couple good coats.
