Isn’t that the same thing? How do you mount these?
Frame or chassi?
Ha ha yes it did fight all the way. Always happy to help! With @whiskeytooth's help, got the new OME 861/862 springs in along with a set of Koni Heavy Track Raid shocks. Rear suspension fought all the way because of rust. I'm excited to see how the new shocks are.

But highly recommended that you go ahead and do both sides…. Not that difficult, just messy and requires a lot of paper towels. Also recommend doing the full rebuild including bearings (not just gaskets/wipers). Make it one and done right. To pull out the axle shafts you'll need about 1000mm of space on the left side and 700mm on the right side so you might have to do one at a time or do it outside
I got thisFinally found the LC005 edition of the Seiko Land Cruiser series from the mid-90s. Anyone else collecting these?

I’m using 1.5” 3/16 thick square tube for mounting legs that I’ll either weld directly or bolt to the frame using new 3/8 plate.
I’m currently designing a double shear bracket that I can weld to the frame that I could then bolt the sliders to but may just weld on.
Installed a set of One Stone armrests.

Just need to move the bracket out 13mm to fit the 80. I added some 3m stick tape where the magnets are meant for the 70 door.I've got these on my 70 (absolutely mandatory) but never thought to put them on my 80. Nice.
What’s the cost to ship one from the east coast?
Paint the rod ends or they willl rust up quick on yaReplaced all the tie rod ends with one of the 555 kits from @cruiseroutfit set toe in, centered the steering wheel(it was off by 1/4 turn and drove me nuts) and did a stereo upgrade.

Roughly 700-1k depends if you have a forklift to unload. They charge like 250 for a drop gate fee. What’s the cost to ship one from the east coast?
No argument that this is a good idea. I thought about it but didn't want to lose a day waiting for the paint to dry, and I convinced myself that since this is my beater rig I could make peace with it. Also, I was being lazy. Now that you've called me out on it, next time I've got some dtm urethane mixed up I'll give them a couple good coats.Paint the rod ends or they willl rust up quick on ya
