Those sure are nice looking. I have some custom made mounts on my 80 and it handles really well for a big ol' truck. I think those are a no brainer.

Nothing with the truck as it's in the shop getting tcase gears installed, but I did take the muttdogs out for a hike.

I live in massachusetts you need a permit to even think about carrying a hammer.

Finally got around to installing the lift I bought 9 months ago......

OME 850's in front
OME 863's in rear
OME Nitro 60070 shocks in front
OME Nitro 60020 shocks in rear

It took me about 8.5 hours by myself in the driveway where it sits. The rear was 6 hours but included time to drill and tap one bolt that broke off for installing a new bump stop and about an hour's worth of drilling for a bolt on the main bumpstop inside the spring until I decided to give up because the bolt was so hard. I was going to install a couple shortened bump stops to help my airbags with the lift.

I will post real after measurements in about a week when the suspension settles in a little.

I'm delighted with the ride and the lift. I am guessing about 3" of net lift due to the saggy worn out old springs. Turns out the old shocks were rusted out as well.

Saw this awesome “Front Runner” in SoCal.

Zona

It's the brand name of his/her roof rack. Installed one on a friend's Taco a few weeks back.

Nice paint on that rig though!!

Had a great day in the record heat running trails around @Ocho77 's place in Northern MI. I drove my fussy 60 and let my sis @LuluonSL drive the 80. She's hooked now I think, just like my other sis and owner of my old white 80 @prodedvm.
Met some great people and had a real good time.

Also met my sister with the white 80 and got to drive it with the supercharger on it from my truck. Made my day, love that 80

Took the 80 out for the first time in a month or so. Went to one of our favorite river spots and stopped at the vista point for a photo.

Nice! Where is that BTW? There are quite a few Mudders in Sac town, we should organize something in gold country club house!

Looks like Monarch pass on Hwy 50

Its off of hwy 20. about 30 minutes outside of Nevada City. Great river spots! well worth the drive. If you go just don't forget your banjo. It will make sense when you see the locals. haha.
