Got my part time conversion buttoned up today, had the hubs on yesterday just didn't want to split the transfer case before supper. For those on the fence about it, it wasn't a bad job at all.

funny I just messaged CB where did you score yours??

Bought a 35x10.5x16 SSR radial. $335 bones, ouch. But cheaper than a swing-out bumper :o Gonna do some fiddling and see how high under the butt of the clunker I can cram it :hillbilly:

Broke in my gears, replaced ps pump AGAIN and mounted my console. Old sway bar bolts worked out perfect in the factory mount with a 1” thick piece of square tube. Drilled the cup holder for the third bolt hole(also factory) and mated the cup holder to the console. Took about an hour to do. Much more comfortable. Id love the back legs bolted down, but im leaving it for now.

Hey guys, I'm about to pick up some new wheels for my '92 what backspacing should I go with? The rims are 17x9, and will most likely be mounting 37's on them with an 4" lift. Would like them to stick out a little bit, but not much. A million thanks in advance for all the help and advice!

Yeah @Jgunner - I like desolate. In fact, I like desolate better than birthday cake. And you're right, it's really, really dry.

Made it to Denver. Clocked almost 800 miles today. I can not believe how comfortable my self upholstered manual leather seats are. Glad I put the effort into reading a little about what makes a good seat.
Started the day meeting a fellow mudder @elduderino315 and checking build ideas.

Tomorrow I get to play. Heading out of Denver early and I plan to hit the Kokopelli trail. @RFB says its "easy peasy" so I'm looking forward to it. :D

Added a full-time USB outlet on the console. I had to widen the slots a bit to fit. I need to add more to the back seat for the kids

Also added an additional 3-cig lighter (total of 4 now) i have laying around in replacement of the ashtray. 1 for bluetooth receiver, 1 for CB, 1 for power inverter..
