Oh yeah, I installed a working CB and tuned all my antennas (antennae?). For what that's worth.

Antenna spelled upside down is "aerial"

Nice! Are you able to take some pics of the airbox installed. I would like to see how it fits. I have swapped a cummins 5.9 liter turbo diesel into my 80 and the safari snorkel can't flow enough air to feed the motor, I am going to need to go to a full 4" snorkel like you have, but want to see how much realestate your box takes up.

Where did you get the snorkel and box from?

The snorkel came from a company called raslarr Engineering, in Victoria and the airbox came fro Moonlight fabrication in Perth, both here in Australia.

Will get some photos when installing for you.

You couldn't at least change the grill over to the version before you cut the grill... Oh the shame....

I've considered the same but couldn't bring myself to cut TOYOTA out of the grill.... 95 and up grills... I'd have no problem at all

Uh-em...move along boys...nothing to see here. Anyhoo, heading to Big Sur in a couple weeks and am stressing a bit about my OG PHH. Guess it's time for the initiation! Ordered one of these and hope @NLXTACY has these puppies in stock! Anyone know for certain if the knock sensor tabs are the push in or pull out variety?

@ewillis REMOVE THE KNOCK SENSOR. I did PHH last weekend and broke it, then broke the harness.

But this past weekend I replaced all the heater/radiator/coolant hoses (well, I skipped the throttle hose, because that broken knock sensor haunts me).
took me 18 hours or so. A bitch and a bear. But it is done. Just like my shoulder.

<---This is me beating my dead shoulder. 20 hours under the car and hood make me feel old. Much respect to FT mechanics.

Yeah...ummm no offense, but before I posted, I was thinking "I don't wanna be 'THAT GUY'" So were the tabs push or pull? I couldn't tell from the mangled mess!
