It drove me to a Misfits concert where I taught the kids how a mosh pit is supposed to be. I'm getting too damn old for that s***. IH8GETTING-OLD

Doing the math at her current like rate she will surpass NLXACTLY on "likes" on or around July 8th 2016!

That happens to be my birthday...

Yes, & I believed it for years!!!!

I joined a tech shop to learn how to make stuff. I will keep you posted on this bumper "thing", aka "chingadera" .

Replaced the front pinion seal, replace the front diff gasket and since it too was leaking, replaced both leaking inner axle seals yet again. Yep, I like to flog the sh!t out of my 80...but I don't like replacing seals as often as I have to. I have to tell you, they get pretty beat up.

@LFD2037 - Apparently we do everything the other way round down under lol haven't you seen that episode of the Simpsons where the all toilets flush the other way..?
Isn't that the one where Bart makes the outrageously long and super expensive phone call to Oz?

Got me some Japanese Industrial Standard's. Don't know what it says, but I like it.

Well, 7 pin mod accomplished. Two things:

1. The screws that hold in the ABS ECU are in there pretty good, and they are made out of room temp butter. Stripped the stupid top one near the firewall, so had to remove the bracket to get it out.

2. Those wires are in there good as well, and using both a pin and a needle nose, finally got #7 out while partially stripping it.

No problem though, will clip it off and put an end on it to avoid grounding. While I was there, I discovered the rear washer line had abraded away against the ABS ECU and was giving all the electronics down there a nice little bath, every time it was used. Need to plug it and forget it, I think.

Wasn't the weekend...I made an offer on a Hundy the other day. A couple I know from coming in to my work. 2001 Hundy with 49k on the clock. Garaged every winter as they are snowbirds and go south for the winter. It is absolutely spotless. Looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. I will take possession in the next couple of weeks when their new 200 Series comes in. It will be my DD for work and my 80 will be getting some much needed love and attention.

I will post pics in the 100 section when I pick it up.

I tried to buy another 1992 80 the next day but the guy wouldn't sell it. He's on Mud. Beautiful 80. 150k on the clock. Damn I wanted it!

I did my 7 pin mod and did some off-roading in the local forests. I left my kick panel and pedal rest off while I did it, just in case, and when I started putting them back on, discovered the !@#$%! rear window washer leak has caused rust all over the driver's side floor.

So....

Looks like my "down the road" project of stripping the interior has been moved up earlier than I'd planned. It's still my DD, so I need to figure a way to do it incrementally, and for as cheap as possible.

I'd like to eventually have a utilitarian, yet clean look inside, with cloth seats, if possible. Thinking of recoloring all the interior plastic as well, to match my bubba black steering wheel.

Don't worry guys, I believed your toilets flushed the other for years too hahaha and yes it is the episode Bart calls Oz lol 900 dollerydoos?!!!

I'll leave this here.
