I did roughly 2.5 thousand miles from central Texas, through NM and into southern Colorado and back with my boy. Landed one of my favorite pictures.

Truck did great, glad I put in BMW seats.

Wow, have I been waiting a long time to post on *this* thread. :)
Drove about an hour south of Munich toward the Alps to a small 'oldtimer' show:

I seemed to have nestled BB into the Ford Capri parking lot:

Some folks were immediately interested in her and 2 guys offered to buy her on the spot, lol:

Pretty slim pickings:

Then I parked her out back:

Drove her back to Munich, where she proceeded to barf up about half a liter of coolant out of the overflow jug, lol.

Helped @cruiserinsanity drag home a couple of old Toyotas he found. The white one is a 1982 SR5 longbed with 22R, while the red one is a 1987. We used both FJ60s to tow these home. Towing was quite as slow as I had expected and our top speed was under 60. We had one hill which where we dropped to 30. Red FJ60 has a 2F with over 300k on it so I was expecting slow going and poor mileage. Keeping the engine at 2500 rpm in 4th was the sweet spot; both 60s have H55Fs.

Finally got around to swapping the early engine mount to late, so I could run the late vane power steering pump and drop the engine down where it should be, aftermarket Early mounts are too thick, couldn't get the rocker cover off

Went to my buddies place to help him put new tracks on his skid steer. Then went for a swim in one of the best secret holes in TX…

Ya'll saved those from being taken to Mexico on makeshift tow caravans that pass through Texas every day. Every caravan is primarily loaded with all things Toyota.
