They’re on! They balanced perfectly with very minimal weight. Much quieter, smoother, and softer than the 16 year old mix matched bald tires it had on it. It’ll do 70mph at around 3k now.
At an exciting time on the build. Got my shock hoops and had time today for fabrication.
Cut off 4-1/2” from both sides. The drivers has to allow clearence for the power steering gearbox so it had to be cut, bent and rewelded.
Shortening and rewelding the front passenger side which has no clearence issues.
Painting the shock hoops and the rear upper shock mounts. Installed 2 bolts for the upper mount so the shock can be moved if desired to the other bolt.
Tomorrow will be installation day.

Good pick on the AT3s I’ve got a set on my Tacoma and love it been great in the rain snow and sand so far hope you have a just as good of an experience with them.
Took it out to do some light off roading to get to a local wash so I could metal detect around the area. Didn’t find anything, but the truck rides 1 billion times better.
Cleaned up some of the wiring and put in a fuse block so I can maintain the wiring nest for my accessories. I built an elevated stand for the fuse block that sits directly over my isolator. Worked out pretty good with some long M6 bolts and some aluminum tubing to keep the legs rigid. Put income threaded inserts to accept the M6 bolts as well. I wanted to keep enough airflow between things and also always have access to the switch on the isolator. Cant really see the legs but if anyone is interested I can take more photos.
So this is how people go shooting in other states.....god I Hate CA. Hopefully my job in Nampa, ID comes through so I can escape this communist hell hole.

Found a set of side steps/rails on-line and started fitting them over the weekend. Drivers side is easy as, slight bend of the fuel lines, slip in U-Bolt and you're done. The passenger side however is a massive pain in the arse due to the exhaust and the long range tank. Still working on that side....
Just drove it. Picked up a tank of c25 for the new welder I have coming and then took a drive by a friends house to drop off xmas presents for her son. She lives on a cove across from Millstone in Waterford, CT. The sun shining through the fog on the icy water was amazing. Way out you could just make out a group of birds sitting on the ice. Temps hit 54 today. A much needed reprieve.
