Took her out to Hatcher pass (AK) before her 2-3 inch lift goes on (hopefully tm)

Installed a new to me (used) oil Presure guage.

Diff swap into the '85 FJ60. The one removed was a 4.11 FJ62 diff in which the pinion bearing was going out. Diff going in is a 4.10 from a FJ(Z)80. Bolts right up.

Here is a quick snap of the newly rebuild rear end. Had an Auburn limited slip diff put in with 4.56 gears for the front and back. The 4.56 did kill my top end freeway speeds but, now I can put the cruiser in first gear and idle over the standard street crib at a 45 degree angle.

I upgraded the wiring harness which completes the headlight upgrade. All that is needed now is to aim the lights.

After a lot of torching, hammering, kicking, and greasing, she turned out dang great! Being that it was a used lift, I am extremely happy with the results. she is even all the way around, rides smooth and it gave me a great lift all the way around!

Horn stopped working, so I took it apart yesterday. Found that the contact had worn out after only a couple of years since I replaced it last. 22lr casing FTW:

Wired in a new horn and protected the + cable with a sheath from @fourtrax . Thanks buddy!

Random $18 horn from Autozone. Two prong horn so it doesn't need a relay, just hook it up to the stock harness.

This is the first time we have gotten any snow in about 3yrs so you are moving at the right time.... We are already way ahead of the annual norms.

Installed fly rod holder. Changed all my hoses, flushed radiator, new oem side markers and tail lights. Also painted frame and still installing led bars

Went with 33x10.5x15 BFG all terrain KO2. they look great, have an aggressive look, but are just as quiet as the ko all terrain. they did an awesome job upgrading a tire that has been around for a long time. Amazon has a great price on the ko2 with free shipping. They came all the way two Alaska in about 3 days

I joined the 33x10.5 club as well with some new KM2's. Downgraded my from my 36" Iroks and it rides and drives like a whole new truck.
