When you say play in the wheels, you mean if you grab your tires at 12 and 6 o'clock, you had play?

I cannot detect any in my wheels.

Do you have torque specs in front of you for wheel bearings and knuckle bolts?

Yeah, 6 & 12, none at 3 & 9, which says trunnion bearing and not wheel bearings.

Don't have specs in front of me, but on the knuckles, I believe the primary spec is the pull weight, and once the bearings settled in, they needed to be torqued down a little.

On the wheel bearings, snug up and loosen a few times, smacking the hub with a rubber mallet to seat it, and then backing off about 1/16 to 1/8 turn.

Yes Victor, tell us what kind of tank and where it's going.

Hi guys, that in the new main gasoline tank, made out 308 stainless steel, it is only 5 gallon aprox. the thing is, since I am going to set my piggie with LPG dual, that´s going to be placed on a bracket with an 85 LPG tank, on the big ald gas tank location, at least that´s the idea, I will post the set up photos of the braket and the tanks install.
my first idea was making out of aluminium, but at the very end I found the stainless steel, pre cuted on 40cm X 30cm, the tanks uses the original fuel sender, all you basicly need is a harbor freight tig welder ( I Need and AC/DC tig welder) and a 3 or 4 pepsi cans and a long aftermoon

Spectrum in, I used firewall for the firewall and put some on the roof too....

Let us know how well it stays on the roof. I've been leery about using anything other than the lightweight stuff from factory on the roof.

started loading up for next week's trip

Yeah they are... those things are alot heavier than you think.

Tightened up each door. I have to adjust the passenger door hinges, because they hang down too far and it won't close.

Make sure the metal on the door is not cracked behind the hinges...

Also make sure your hinge pin bushings are not worn.

There is a little bit of play in the top hinge, although a lot less than my previous hinges. I've got it mounted now, so that it just nearly closes. The bear claw thingamajiggy on the door hits the striker just low enough that it won't get into it and latch. I should take some pics to demonstrate. I've adjusted the hinge bolts on the door, so that the hinges are the lowest they can possibly be on the door and I've adjusted the body part of the hinges so that they are maxed out to give the door the most amount of height. I keep thinking one of my adjustments must be wrong, because the doors *should* fit, but it always seems like it's tilted down or something.
