Honed out the brake master cylinder after soaking it in parts cleaner for 2 days. It is too far gone. Checker/O'Reilly has remans for $38 plus core. I will check Autozone tomorrow. I generally like their reman parts better.

I thought I had already posted this.....

I installed a new HEI from HEIDIZZY, his packaging sucks, but the product seems to work great so far. I thought I was hearing some bottom end noise, but when I pulled the old dizzy out, the gear shaft was wobbly....the engine now purrs like a baby kitten!

14 Months

Been hangin around here for a little more than a year.
After 14 months my little piggy is ready to go to market. Found the "bargin" on eBay. Redid roof drip rails all around, replaced wiring, brakes, transfer case, exhaust manifold, Carb rebuilt by Mark, tune up-all new fluids. Then a couple days polishing and wax and she's out driving around. With lots of "bargin" huntin shouldn't have more that $50,000 in her when shes done. :whoops: But still love her!

That's fantastic, if I dropped 50k into mine, I'd literally have my dream car :)

Heck, I could spend $8k and have my dream car. :) The money would go to new mechanics to replace the worn out stuff, increasing reliability.

Today I have repair a very rare electrical issue, Very Happy new year 2010.:popcorn::popcorn:

Victor, what went wrong?

I'm sure you were warmer than I! I cleared the snow off the piggy today so it won't freeze and make icicles!

I haven't got over to talk about the heater yet. I'll try to do that soon.
