Seems like it took six months but I finally got the muffler pictured in this thread https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/more-free-stuff.801649/#post-9146007 installed on my FJ62 and back on the road. Time where the cruiser is very limited. Everything just seemed to go wrong taking far too many trips to complete.:( I also got the press I picked up from Mike (MikeOB1) around the same time put together to work a split case PTO project. Now just don't know how long until I get a chance to drive my FJ40 and FJ62 again.:bang:

Finally got to start on the lift....08 cruiser getting all Tundra IFS and Icon coilovers. passenger side is done. Driver's side is 95%. should be able to wrap it up tonight, and hopefully the rear as well. looking to get 2" in the back and 3" up front.

I drove it and I approve enthusiastically! The tundra arms really helped the footprint I think. This is not helping me reign my desire for a 200! Its almost as tall as my 80 with the lift and 35s!

Thanks Murph, may get a chance to see it in person this afternoon if your in the office. Planning on swinging by to pick up the wife's matrix not that I'm back on the road.

It drives like a dream. loving the Icons.

Wow, all I did this week was relocate the EFI relay into the cabin on my 80. So far no fried relays.
Oh, and the 80 passed emissions with flying colors.

Installed new radiator shroud and stainless steel cooling lines. Filled and burped the cooling system and ran her for more time then in the past year. Pinch me but I think she is ready for her first shakedown drive since she went on jackstands a year ago.

Bring on the Beast!

Nice looking engine bay there!

I hope you have the cooling system where it is happy with the current heat wave. Can't wait to see this machine on the road.

Put a Snorkel on my truck this weekend with the assistance of Brice.

I knew that was coming next.
