Where you attached D rings to the front bumper are designed for using a jack not a anchor point. My plan is to use the downs from 80 series front and back. Need to source another to have four. On the front will require a spacer with the bull bar. For now using two of the front hooks front original bumper. Mine has hole that match the bolt pattern in the vertical pieces.

I might have the downs off of my 80 if you want I can look for them
Thanks to Jackson aka @medtro , and Alvis aka @Cruddz ; I went through a laundry list.
Replaced my front drive shaft with a newly balanced OE version
Replaced a few under hood hoses along with PCV
Checked drive flanges for wear and reinstalled
Added a new hole and tapped it for my ABS line on the Delta bracket. I really like the way the truck handles after the install of this panhard bracket, makes the truck feel like an unlifted rig.View attachment 1825155View attachment 1825156
Replaced two broken exhaust mounts
Lowered my new IronPig Off-road skid plate by 3/4 inch and elimination of drive shaft noise and vibration thus far
Installed Landcruiserphil sway bar disconnects, probably generation zero style with the non tapered pin ends
Added Molly grease to birfields
Washed it and filled with gas after all the work was completed
Ready for the trail again

you are training 'em up right Mattman!A couple of "before" and "during" shots of my ARB recycle/resurrection project. This was purchased from @Spamcheese and was on a truck that he purchased from @medtro. So we're keeping it in the club![]()
High school students at the school where I work are doing this for me which makes it that much more rewarding to save something that was damaged. It was tweaked pretty good and it had a twist in it. It took a little bit of heat and well over 10,000 lbs of force on the frame machine to get it right. It put up a fight and surprised me a little bit at the strength of this bumper. Paint should be done by the end of the week so I'll post "after" pics soon. I think the students were pretty excited to work on something besides a smashed fender or a scratched door on some boring sedan.

Wish I could take the credit but I'm just the director of facilities/construction for the district. The auto collision instructor there is pretty talented and does a great job with the students. I'm fortunate enough to be able to use the equipment and sometimes the skilled labor for a nominal donation to the student organizations.you are training 'em up right Mattman!
