I added a Tacoma to my Toyota collection. It is basically a poverty pack Tacoma (no power windows or locks), 4WD, bench seat, manual transmission, regular cab.

I was on the fence about a 75 series truck or something domestic. I think domestic will do for now.

That pic of the cab and bed that Proffits was selling years ago is what ignited the flame for me to build mine.
I had actually considered selling mine recently and concentrating on another build but I couldn’t bring myself to do it.

* To be clear, since I’m totally devoid of mechanical talent, when I say “concentrating” on another build, in my case that means having someone else concentrate on another build. 😁

I’ve decided that I’m going to run a full time drawer. Time will tell how well ARB’s materials hold up.

I’m not sure getting a sliding top was the right decision. The drawer itself locks, but seems pointless when the top can freely slide to open. :banghead:
