You have the LX till you get things sorted on another truck (hopefully not brown). Feel free to fix anything you see wrong with it or stuff a big V8 in it, you know, the normal stuff you do. I'm enjoying the extra driveway space while I have it, plus I pretty much never leave the house anyhow.
Got as far as getting the rear drawer system unboxed. The instructions are kinda crap, so progress is slow for install, but maybe tomorrow.

Looking forward to having less junk flying around in the rear seat area. Seems I will need to find another place to remount the CO2 bottle I use for tires though.

Tis the season for wood prep for next year. Cutting, splitting and stacking six 80-100ft oak trees from the front yard that died last year, then have another 11 in the back yard. All the oaks are dying in the whole neighborhood, kinda sad to see so many mature trees perish. These are the "medium" trees in that they are only 22" diameter max. The big boys in the back yard are closer to 30" diameter. Much less fun to handle those.
Tractor is paying huge benefits in terms of time and my back saved. Hoping to have 7+ cords done by Easter or end of April so I can enjoy the summer. Having the 17yr old help is almost as good as the tractor ... almost.

No, way to big. After driving a Tundra a 80 feels like a car., I don't have the time or space either.

Thing is happening here as well. I know there’s an oak blight wiping them out in California, but I hadn’t heard about it making it to the east coast.
A bunch of big oaks around my house spontaneously died over the last 3 years. On my grandparents’ farm in NJ they lost a bunch (like 8) of 75+ year old trees all over the course of a couple years too, starting 5-6 years ago.
It's gone. They wouldn't let me keep anything of value.
Thanks, I think I caught it on the turn signal stick or a steering wheel spoke.

Glad to hear that your injuries weren't any worse, Andy. I see a lot of near misses up here around Harrisburg - people flying up behind people who don't even know they're coming.

Oh this one is funny as hell...not really...not terribly long ago I was hell bent for leather looking for oem splash guards for my 75...to which Gary hooked me up with the ones he had...one remained elusive...I learned to live again without it......soooo as I'm cleaning out the rental garage, does anyone care to guess what I found? Yeap that's right I had them all along....and, yes there's more..I had apparently cleaned them up, albeit, something like 25 years ago...and I had only put them in this garage 10 or so years ago....how do yinz feel about me being the club prez now?...wait, what club is this again?
Drawers are in. Fitment is 99%. Now I know why they say to put the wing kit on fully and then tighten it down 100%. Fits all my junk (so far) without issue and drawers are very smooth. Fridge slide will be wasted as I will use the top to secure the 37" spare (it fits). Only real issue is needing to find a spot to mount the CO2 air bottle for the tires.
Still on that wood grind too. Got into some big boy logs so busted out a new tool, although my wife insists it's another toy. Regardless, it's a complete back saver and I am happy to have it.
