I know exactly where you're at. I grew up in the neighborhood in the back of the photo and know that house in the background.
 
looks like a 4x4 labs group buy going down in the 80 series tech section and word is the whole catalog is open to it.
cool apart about them is being able to buy stuff in dyi kit form at a decent savings over already built stuff.
already did one of his rear 80 series bumper and the fit was fantastic, basically open the box and start welding very little thinking involved when assembling as intended...and it allows for on the spot customization.

I want the rear bumper badly ... I would have to purchase it, then buy beer and pizza and beg Andy to stop over and weld it together :D

I vastly underestimated the time energy and complexity in adding these six things to my truck!

My brain hurts trying to keep track of all the 24v and 12v complications.
