I have the intake manifold shown below. The filtered vacuum source was removed and plugged. The plug is not the right size or has the right threads. What size do I need to fix this correctly.

1/75-1/79: 2F [4.2 liter] 2bbl intake with 5 bolt attachement to exhaust. Port behind carb for brake booster, port under carb for PCV, port in front of carb for filtered vacuum source.

Here is a picture. Description was in the first post. Red circle in front of carb. Sorry.

All pipe threads on an FJ40 are BSPT from the factory. BSPT fittings are readily available from McMaster-Carr and MSCDirect.

Cooler, where did you get that from?

I ordered mine from McMaster-Carr. Part # 1075T71. BSPT Brass Barbed hose fitting for 1/4" ID hose. You can only order a 10 pack for $10.38.

If you just need one PM me your mailing address, I'll send you one for 1 buck plus the ride. ;)
