On another note. Why the hell did Toyota wire the ground for the headlights into the windshield wiper switch? Would have not been easier to do it like 60 and hide them under each side of the dash in an inaccessible location.

That is a good problem to have. I struggled with when to hire. I now have two employees and looking at a third. It is hard though often not being there to oversee things.
