what is rei??

I believe its an outdoor sports store...camping, hiking, biking, kayaking. Stuff like that, its pretty cool stuff.

they carry only the best stuff...exspensive, but the best.

Check out the Ga site for a new place to wheel right next to Tellico.
It was linked to Pirate 4 x 4
Looks awesome.
Might be worth a look
Someone put up a link...

I looked at it too and its basically a fishing club...that has offroad trails. Memberships are $1000/year!!!! Call me a cynic, but do these folks support TU? Would be worth finding out. Their website barely mentions the trails (see membership page) http://www.snowbirdanglers.com/

I'm going out on a limb here and making an assumption (and we all know how to spell "ass-u-me") BUT I bet they do not support TU/Tellico trail closure as they have ORV trails, are planning to develop new trails as reported on Pirate, and are working with Danny at Crawford's, who we all know is an avid OHV user, to publicize the new trails and offer an open house wheeling weekend coming up.

I hope you are right about that. Otherwise this would be one big episode of PUNK'D. Also, note that Tellico closure only increases the value of what they have.

Danny posted on Pirate that they are looking to have 50 paying members. At even money for what 20 members are paying, it would still be $400/year. Or is their plan to have 50 members paying $1000/yr still. Unless they are willing to negotiate for group rates or at least offer day-use rates, I don't see this as a fiscally reasonable place to wheel. Maybe they will negotiate rates for big events (like GSMTR, SCC).

They've got my attention for the time being.:hmm: I hope it works out, because it would keep Crawford's in the black.

It's friday. Come on people where is the holiday cheer?

at work.

Only really good thing is that its raining and i dont have to water the grass.

Another good thing, i finished our backyeard. Did a 8x12 patio a week ago and layed 5 pallets of sod on wednesday. Glad its all finished. I can't feel my back though.

i'm taking advantage of the fact that no one is at the office (to hog bandwidth with their streaming pop-pseudo-country stations)...so that I can download Foo Fighters & Gorillaz :D

i need to finish pulling my headers off but it is rather nasty outside. Maybe later we'll see.

At work (Southeast Overland) processing orders and checking in stock. :) Been sick lately and going to the hospital on Monday. Will be out of touch for a few days. :frown:

I'm at work (828 International) doing customer service and shipping orders. Later I'll be going home to TrollHole's Cruisers and working on some distributors. Lol.:flipoff2:

Sorry to hear your sick. I can relate to that. What are you going into the hospital for? Is everything okay.

Probably - I'm not worrying.

I haven't been to Mart lately. Has it picked up there over the past year?
