Woohoo. I'm getting too good at this swap. #7 going in here with fingers crossed View attachment 1252949
So cool that the skid is going to live on.....
So you're saying that Jason uses gas tanks as skid plates? That could explain his problem.
Um nope. My old cracked tank is in stupid good shape otherwise and we will just say this "new" tank and skid resemble the rest of the donor truck; the drain is no longer in the low point, and appears to have 24 gal capacity. But it doesn't leak
Those of you that want to pioneer the triple gas skid I could help you out.
Bout all she will get for now; phase I of Swingout is done. Was rushing trying to beat the deadline and then more accurately the rain today. So many thanks to so many folks. @GLTHFJ60 and @Rice for bouncing ideas off. @fj40z for labor and laughs and @Mtbcoach for tube bending assistance as well as encouraging me to change course on the design.View attachment 1254176View attachment 1254177

That's awesome. Where the heck did you get a 11291-66010 from?
I was amused.I'm glad someone got a kick out of it. I tried to explain the joke to Laura and she said "So the joke is that your motor isn't what's on the sticker?" Either she didn't get it or it's not as funny as I thought it would be,
Got it from @SchniperJB, who got it from you I believe!
