So, is that a thread pitch gauge at the bottom, or a saw? I wouldn't want to carry a saw around in my pocket, and you'd never be able to put a bolt with a head up against that gauge.

It is a saw, more of a hacksaw. I haven't taken the time to actual measure the pitch but my initial thinking was something other than a knife to cut a belt or a hose. BUT, the more I thought about it the thickness will be 12g which puts its at .11" which is idiotic for a hacksaw thickness so now thread gauge makes more sense to me. The threads will be vertical instead of horizontal the way it is now. I just need to identify the common threads in our trucks and then develop the vector file to match.

Frame bolts are 1.25, most others are either 1.00 or 1.50, IIRC.

The span circled in blue seems like a weak point to me - If you put much torque on them (especially the 12mm) I'd guess it's going to spread that space open pretty easy. What about making the three hex sizes totally separate from each other so they don't create the weak point?

Yeah I've already considered that but its kinda like a flare nut wrench used on the brake lines. I opted for this design to be better engaged with the nuts....oh yeah ;)

I will be cutting out a test and trying it out for sure. If I do have to separate, I will.

BTW, adding any type of blade will require a secondary machining process. For kicks I'll order up some very small blades and maybe have a one card machines to see what it will cost me. I see the need but it may be a large expense I'd rather not incur on something small like this. Economics of scale aren't in my favor here.

I'm with him in the sense that that area needs attention. Seems as though having all three sizes connected like that would reduce the contact area. Being that this is a "card" of sorts and not terribly thick contact surface will already be on the low side.

So, why in the opposite corner? Lower, right?

Because if that is where the lanyard/key ring goes, it will interfere with using the ruler - I think.

I am not sure if it would be hard to do, but having a section of the card on the back that serves as a file would be pretty useful too. You could also package it with one of those plastic magnifying cards that can be used as a lens to start a fire.

For the page count to hit 50 you need pictures of breasts. Female breasts, for most of us...

Best I can do on a public forum, with a Divorce Attorney for a Wife.

Put the open style Bottle Opener with Notch in middle as beer opener.
Divot tool for the LX Crowd and they need a wine opener, since beer is so inferior.
Laser a Toyota Sombrero someplace so the enemy (Fiat 4 Wheelers) would find it offensive.
Any gun tools that could be added just to piss of the Dems?

I just went over 1000 posts (and not 1 of value), plus you need the attention :)

But do you know it's 3/8 Thick CPM4 and Rc 60-65

.11" is a touch under 1/8" and made from 304 stainless. It'll be plenty strong ;)

But I will be testing the proto.

Yeah I see your point. I think I will start the scale further in because each corner will have a tool so the edge will always be affected.

I considered a file type machining process but my concern is cost. I suppose I could mask off all but a strip and then sand blast with large media. I'll talk with the machinist.

No divot tool, golf is ghey.

Dems can like/own guns too ;)
