This is a dual tire carrier bumper. Tony took the old 4 can/ toolbox and put it on his new one. I can build a dual or triple can carrier for the PS if needed.

All work for Andrea and I today. I've had a junk corner under the stairs with boxes of parts and pieces I've been digging through and finally got shelves build and cleaned all that up.

Only used about 65% of the shelves, so more room for MORE 200 PRODUCTS...HA!

@linuxgod front back from powder and getting packed for CHITOWN

Arriving on 7/12. Install is gonna come down to the wire for me. The Chitown4x4 guys are heading west on 7/13 and don't return until 7/24. Meanwhile I'm scheduled to leave for Telluride on 7/25. What could possibly go wrong!

I'm quite excited though. The bumper looks nice in photos - I'm sure it will look even better once installed.

J, what do you use to specifically remove the coating on the mild steel? K

K, Well it depends on the metal. I only use P&O (pickled and oiled) material for my products. It costs about 15% more BUT has NO mill scale and has to be stored indoors at all times. It cleans up fast with a simple conditioning disc. If I have to use hot rolled plate with mill scale I use resin fiber discs (60 grit) to strip the weld area clean before welding. Then send it to a blaster to remove the remaining scale before painting or powder.
