There will be a pin in the middle of the pocket. Wrap a soft shackle around and you're good to go. That red thing hanging is the soft shackle.

Ah thanks. It looked like some sort of wiring harness to my untrained eye.

Pics. Still needs final welding and whatnots.

Wow. Best looking bumper I've seen on a 200. Just awesome. I like the angled floods. That's something I've considered adding to my setup, but would have to be less clean since I don't have a spot like that.

Wow, that does look great! I love the straight on shot that shows how the tubes mirror the lines of the grill.

Question though, do you run skid plates underneath and if so are there going to be mounting points for a seamless transition from the bumper to the plates?

Awesome setup!

I still need to get real skids but Jason and I spoke about this in particular.
This bumper should work fine with all aftermarket skids (ARB, Bud's, ect...). From what I remember most skids bolt up near the radiator crossmember which is where this should terminate.

 looks like its time to start checking into the black market for kidneys liver and spleen.....gotta sell some useless organs and get one of these bumpers! :smokin:

Jason, that bumper looks amazing. Great work!

When drug cartel thugs stand in the road with shotguns, we'll want our bull-barred rigs near the front... :grinpimp::steer: -hehe

single digit highway mpg here I come

For sure don’t rely on a bull bar to be bulletproof. Hahaha

Heh
Wasn’t referring to bullet proof.
Just referring to “clearing the road...” :)

I averaged 13-14 on the highway from SLC to Redding when I dropped my rig off with the old setup. Not completely awful.

Same here and I’m super heavy.

Work...of...ART...!!! Seriously!!

Thanks again Mark! The upper rail is one piece, no sectioning. Took 4 runs to get it down. But, have all the bends and lengths on file now.

I used two bend dies to make the bar. One for the upper rail and another for the legs.
