Toyota weatherstripping / what adhesive? (1 Viewer)

Replacing door weatherstrip on my 83 40 with factory. Don't know which 3M product to use. They have several to choose from. Anyone? Thanks.

Maybe this information will help. One of the things I picked up on was using a prep agent to ensure a good bond.

08011 is good, but ive used 08008 more often. the bond is great with the oem gasket material, and nearly instant.....do not try to do more than a few inches at time, and get the placement right the first time because you probably wont get a second chance at it.
