Some dealers will definitely ship. Also ask about the core. Some places will need you to mail yours back. Others don’t ask for it if they are shipping to you.
Wish my dealer would match prices. They just chuckle and say that dealer must be selling counterfeit parts to have prices that low. So I only use them for emergencies.
Serra has shipped all my orders in the past. When I went to the cart and checkout, the box for ship to me was blocked out. There were two options for the rack. One was reman and one was new I'm assuming. No core needed and more money. I selected the one that did not need a core. Maybe if I called them??
Also try World Toyota. Serra doesn't ship coolant anymore (IIRC), but world does - just as an example.

I just placed a new one in my cart and the ship button is a little gray but it let me select.
check your local dealer. I am in the southeast and my local dealer (rick hendrik ) 8 miles down the road participates in the 25% off sale. So i can order and just go and pickup , which is great for fluids. I have already gotten several cases of ATF and Coolant from this sale.

Get ready to wait, potentially. During these sales they get a lot of orders. It'll ship, eventually. I've ordered several times over the years and sometimes I don't get a shipping notification for weeks. Serra is good about repackaging items so your best luck to receive an online ordered radiator undamaged is through them.
Just for the heck of it I tried the steering rack again just now and it will ship for free. Not sure what I did different. I have ordered on these sales several times. I even logged in.
Regarding wait times, sometimes I get an order confirmation fast and other orders took weeks. I've never been in a hurry and the deals are really good so no complaints.

Took me 1.5 weeks before the sale for everything to ship.
Pretty good deal for sure, but just saying, that 50% like last Fall would be interesting too.

be patient with Serra. They get over 1000 orders during this sale. The last sale it took over 2 months for my stuff to arrive. Do Not order from Serra During a 25% off sale if you need anything in a hurry
Yeah Serra is amazing but they need to hire like 3 extra guys over there to pack this stuff faster.

Lexus is having a sale with 10% off. This is overlapping the Toyota 25% sale but maybe good if you need something that doesn’t meet the $75 free shipping price point with Toyota. Lexus has free shipping with no minimum purchase.

Just ordered rear pads and rotors yesterday, $187 to my door and has already shipped, wow.
ordered a new steering rack from Serra Tuesday, just got a shipping notification. looks like they're moving quickly with this round of orders.
I'm on 10 days since order and still no shipping confirmation.
Going to email Eric at Serra today and see what the hold up is.
