Does anyone have a good link for power steering parts?
I would look at the level and condition of the PS fluid before throwing parts at it.
It should be ATF. Bright candy red fluid, NOT generic power steering fluid.

Driveline "clunk" is very common on these and is likely either the kickdown cable adjustment or as simple as worn slip yokes on the drive shafts due to lack of maintenance. There are literally pages and pages of threads regarding this. Search "driveline clunk".
The A440F has no shift solenoids, is 100% hydraulic, and fairly bulletproof.

Yeah I’ve heard people put standard PS fluid in those things and mess up the seals. Hopefully it’s not a big repair but in case it is I want to know the cost of these to replace with quality parts.

The OEM PS pump for the 3FE has long been discontinued, but you could look for a used one in the classifieds section.
The OEM rebuild kit is still available for about $30.

I’ve started researching the rebuilt ps pumps and heard they’re not super reliable for long term use. I may go the rebuild it myself route.

they don’t sell new ones through Toyota anymore?

I am looking online at "wits end" for 3FE PS parts (hoses, rebuilt kits ect.).

Q: would 44320-60182 PS unit work for my build?

I'm just trying to decipher between models of FJ80's series in hopes of not getting a part incompatible to my '92 FJ80.

3FE PS pumps have been discontinued by Toyota for many years now.

The previous owner put standard PS fluid in the pump. Obviously I’ll drain it, but do I have to do a flush before adding new ATF?

what steps, if any, should I take?

Assuming the pump is not compromised, you may have to repeat this procedure 2 or 3 times:
DO NOT use any "product" other than the intended fluid.

Open the lines at the steering box and allow the old fluid to drain out as much as possible.
With engine OFF, fill the reservoir with fresh fluid. Put the cap on or you'll just make a mess.
BRIEFLY start the engine for 1 or 2 seconds and shut down. Fill the reservoir again. Lather, rinse, repeat until the level is stable.
With the engine running, turn left and right 2 or 3 times, shut down and inspect fluid level. Add fluid as required. Check level again after first drive. Done.

all fours window regulators are extremely slow to roll up and down. is it just lubricating that needs to happen? unlikely four motors are all bad at the same time right? some grease or wd-40 and I'm hoping they roll up and down with ease.

i believe factory grease around the window guide hardens overtime perhaps...my windows move up and down faster during summer times....

that is my favorite iteration of cruiser- body style, color, wheels and ARB. Congrats.

Does anyone know what this is for? It doesn’t appear to be attached to anything?

Haha, I was waiting for this question. This question is a 3fe right of passage.

It is a blower to cool down the egr or something. Mine would always come on after I parked in hot weather.

Mine was also broken like yours where it bolts down. Some people delete them but I left mine because it always worked. I fixed the mounting tab by drilling a couple of holes on either side and than I used bailing wire to secure it to the mounting hole. It was definitely a redneck repair but it held for 6 years and 120,000 miles until I totaled my 91.
